Hi, I'm Marina!

I bring nearly 20 years of experience in human resources, leadership, and entrepreneurship—both internationally and here at home. My journey has taken me across multiple countries, allowing me to serve in diverse roles that shaped how I lead, connect with others, and support people in reaching their full potential.


I earned my Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management and a Minor in Biblical Studies from Liberty University. I also hold a Master’s in Leadership from Grand Canyon University. Whether in corporate spaces or mission-driven organizations, I’ve always focused on creating environments where people and purpose thrive.

In addition to real estate, I’m the founder of Pivot Digital Solutions LLC, a digital design company that helps faith-based organizations grow their reach and relevance through social media and branding.


One of the most meaningful parts of my life is ministry. I’m an ordained minister and currently serve as an Associate Minister and Director of Prayer at Saturation Ministries Global in Houston, TX. My faith informs how I lead and how I serve—always with integrity, compassion, and a desire to make a lasting impact.
